Removing glovebox

In order to remove the glovebox on 2000+ MPV you need to perform the
following steps:

  1. Open the glovebox
  2. Bend the inner sides of the glove compartment to expose the two stoppers:

  3. Pull the glove compartment toward you while pushing it downward (1), then remove clip A
  4. Slide the glove compartment toward driver's side door (2):

Here is how you do it in reality. Here is the left side of the glovebox when it is open:

And the right side:

After you open the glovebox, just squeeze on the bother sides of the compartment inwards to clear the stoppers and open the glovebox more pull them out:

After this, pull the left (driver's) side of the glovebox towards you and down until the Clip A disengages:

Then just slide the glovebox to the left (towards driver's door) to disengage the hinge on the right side and remove the glovebox completely:
