SUBJECT: Engine RPM Drop After Cold Start
DETAILS:
During cold start, ECT 50 °F (10 °C), engine idles up to 1800 RPM and then drops to 400 RPM momentarily before returning to 1800 RPM's. Occasionally, engine will stall after dropping to 400 RPM's and/or severe hesitation will occur.

If you experience this type of concern, check to see if Recall #86003 PCM Reprogramming (RI# 3317) has been performed on the vehicle.

If Recall #86003 has NOT been performed, perform recall. If it has, then follow WSM troubleshooting procedures for cold start concerns.
